The leading body of NCV has been organized with U Maung Sein as Chairman, four Vice-Chairmen, one Secretary, two Joint-Secretaries and 13 Executives.  Scholars from outside contribute their parts to NCV as members of the Board of Patrons and Advisory Board.  The persons included in the Executive Committee are those who actually take responsibility for humanitarian activities.  The rest are all volunteers who are sharing their service equally and harmoniously, in unity and unison, without the need to designate position or rank.
